FAIR was project within Equal. Equal is part of the European an Union’s strategy for more and better jobs and for ensuring that no-one is denied access to them. The program tested new ways of tackling discrimination and inequality experienced by those in work and those looking for a job. Time for the project was May 2005 to December 2007.FAIR was developing a structured and non-discriminating recruitment model that focuses on competence, based on best practice.
