Our goals
FAIR's overall objective was to create a new recruitment standard based on "best practices", documented effectiveness and accuracy. The standard will ensure a recruitment process that does not discriminate but focuses on abilities for the future. The new recruiting model will bring increased diversity to the workplace, since everyone's skills will be identified, put to good use and allowed to develop. The target group is primarily public-sector employers in Sweden.
Project goals
- More attractive employers/member organisations, improved service for citizens.
- Increased equality, minimised discrimination.
- Better quality recruitment procedures and improved recruitment skills among recruiting staff.
- Dynamic workplaces/member organisations open to diversity and with an ability to put everyone’s skills to the best possible use.
- Increased perception of fairness among job seekers from both minority and majority groups throughout the recruitment process.
